New Economic School - Georgia and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation have been working on compiling a Georgian Municipalities Index for several years. Our organization studies how comfortable the municipality is for population to live in, how favorable it is for entrepreneurship, and how effective self-government is.

As a result, the study determines the ranking of municipalities and aims at coordination between self-governments; motivational support for improving service and work transparency.
